We are pleased to offer our customers an alcoholic beverage policy allowing them to select beverages and brands of personal choice (BYOB). Such beverages can be purchased and conveniently stored at our facility in advance of the function. All bar supplies, soft drinks, set-ups, mixers, ice, cups, and garnishes are covered by our set-up charge and included at at no charge for an efficient and effective bar presentation. Bartenders are available through the Professional Bar Institute, Inc. and are scheduled by the caterer. Bartenders are $50 each per reception (plus tips). A BYOB arrangement is offered to achieve a wedding reception or social affair without the unreasonable costs normally found with a consumption or drinking bar, which can range from $15 to $20 per person for a four hour period. Charges may be more or less depending on personal choice . Alternatives are available for other beverage services such as champagne/wine fountain or a wine and beer bar (popular for afternoon affairs).
